Our goal is to help patients afford a healthier smile and to help you grow your practice with patient referrals. Our "Fee Schedule", is comparable to Carrington, Delta Dental, United Concordia, etc.  We look forward to you joining our network today!    Our Plans are easy, $25,000 per year Maximum Allowance, No Claims to Submit or Monitor, and payment in FULL at time of Service.
